A single-story house with light mildew and a two-story house that has not been touched in years are not the same job, and a flat rate would be wrong for most of them.

Pressure washing questions
- What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
- Pressure washing leans on the force of the water, which suits hard, flat surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at low pressure and lets it do the work, which suits siding, shingles and painted wood. Most houses get some of each: soft washing on the walls and roof, pressure on the driveway.
- Can you give a price over the phone?
- We can talk it through, but the quote itself comes from what the job actually is. The form takes your contact details and the address, and a look at the surfaces is what turns that into an accurate number.
- Is pressure washing booked with a car detail?
- No. It is a separate service with its own quote form and its own visit. If you want both, ask for both, and we will schedule them as two jobs.
- Do you clean gutters?
- Yes. Gutter cleaning is available across the same six towns. It does not have its own page yet, so ask for it when you call.
